Privacy and the accomodating staff. Good old school vibe on our room. You also get a pull out bed from their side couch.

Breakfast was really good and affordable. Staff are really friendly and attentive.locations are perfect close to almost every store in sta mesa.

Excellent service, all the staff were very prompt and accommodating to my needs. The location is very strategic, especially for those taking the Board Exam at Doña Elena Tower. There is a grocery and convenience store in the neighboring building. SM Sta. Mesa and an LRT station are only a couple of blocks away. Major jeepney routes pass by the hotel.

I really liked that the wifi was really fast and there are at least 4 power points were you can charge your electronics. The bed and pillows were comfortable. And the bathroom and bedroom were spacious enough wasn't to big wasn't to small.

The room is good for the price. My son loves the ambiance. The room has small ref, tv, and bottled water plus toothbrush kit. The staffs are courteous and helpful. They also have resto, so ordering food is convenient.
